Don't know if this still works (but I imagine it still does), but you can try getting a UK iTunes gift card (or just the redemption code) from a place like eBay. I used to do this with no problem and bought Japanese iTunes gift cards for use with iTunes Japan.

You also have to download iTunes for that country. http://www.apple.com/uk/itunes/

Unfortunately for Gloria Estefan's "Don't Stop", it's not Tony Moran's Stress Test Mix. I downloaded that single and checked the online playlist against that. It's not the album original either. The album original has slightly different arrangement and faster tempo.
